The LEAD conference sought to empower women in the asset management field through discussions on diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and female leadership.

The design played on the conference’s beautiful venue, the Bryant Park Grill in New York City. The dominant green shade integrates perfectly with the venue’s lush greenery and breathtaking rooftop garden. The pattern, with its angular lines and Art Deco suggestion, harkens back to a previous LEAD conference, while giving the 2023 meeting a look all its own.
